1. General Information

We are a private travel agency based in Ramnagar and are not affiliated with the Forest Department. All safari bookings, permits, rules and entry are governed solely by the Government of Uttarakhand and the Forest Department.

2. Safari Permits & Bookings

• Safari permits are issued by the Forest Department and are non-transferable & non-refundable.
• Once a permit is booked, names, dates or ID details cannot be changed.
• Safari zones are allotted by the Forest Department. Zone allocation is not controlled by us.
• Original government ID proof is mandatory for every guest at the entry gate.

3. Payment Terms

• 100% payment is required to confirm a safari or package booking.
• Payments are accepted through UPI, bank transfer or authorized digital modes only.
• Government taxes, permit fees and vehicle charges may vary based on the forest department’s policies.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Safari bookings made through the Forest Department are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• In case of cancellations caused by government rules, weather, strikes or operational issues, only vehicle charges (if applicable) may be refundable at our discretion.
• Hotel/resort cancellations follow the individual property’s cancellation policy.

5. Government Rules & Gate Regulations

• Entry & exit timings are strictly controlled by forest officials.
• Late arrival at the safari gate may result in denied entry without refund.
• Wildlife sightings are a matter of luck — no guarantee can be provided.
• Consumption of alcohol, smoking, littering and loud noise inside the forest is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability

• We act as booking facilitators and are not responsible for operational issues on ground.
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, wildlife disturbances or weather-related issues.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings during safaris or stays.

7. Travel & Accommodation Packages

• Package inclusions are shared during booking — any additional services may incur extra charges.
• Check-in and check-out timings of must be followed.
• In case of unforeseen closure of zones or forest areas, alternate arrangements will be offered if possible.

8. ID Verification

All guests must carry the same ID used during booking. Mismatch of name, ID number or document may lead to denied entry without refund.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with us, you agree to follow all forest rules, government regulations and the terms mentioned above. Your booking is considered confirmed only after full payment and receipt of official permit details.
